Main application: hand-guided construction equipment such as rammers and reversible plate compactors — used for soil and asphalt compaction as well as concrete work.

In rammers, high amplitude and frequent switching cycles create extreme stress. Our answer: the pivoting-shoe centrifugal clutch — smoother engagement, quieter running, and today the most widely used clutch in professional rammers.

In reversible plate compactors, vibration takes a heavy toll on the clutch and V-belt. That's why we developed the Automatic Belt Tensioner Clutch: it uses centrifugal force twice — for engagement and for tensioning the belt via centrifugally actuated weights — extending the service life of the belt drive.
